At KBomb Kratom, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please Note:

• To be eligible for a return, you must return at least 50% of the remaining purchased product in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Once an order is submitted and confirmed, we are unable to make any changes.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not liable for any shipping issues or lost packages due to incorrect address information you provided and will not reship your order to the correct address.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Upon approval of your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without an authorized return request will not be accepted.
